Blooms & Wishes...

When I first saw the new Annual Catalogue, the Blooms & Wishes stamps and Blooms & Bliss suite really caught my eye.  Not least because I love those type of watercolour look stamps but it was the combination of beautiful colours (especially the new Sweet Sugarplum).

It was also perfect for a little project one of my ladies set me several weeks ago.  She gave me a pop up card she had received from her daughter and asked me to work out how it was made (no pressure!)  She said I could take it apart but how could I, it was from her daughter!!  So instead I set about first sketching the card and visualising it flat.  After a few prototypes, here is the result...

The card folds completely flat to go in a normal envelope.

We also made a few other cards throughout the day and here are some samples.

Stampin' Sanctuary - Desk Organiser...

I apologise for my absence from blogworld again!!!  I always have such good intentions and then time just runs away from me.

I am just dropping in to show you what we got up to at the last Stampin' Sanctuary.  We made this lovely desk organiser.

I love our Sanctuary days, there is nothing better than a crafty day with lovely ladies all relaxing and creating.  Here are some of the finished creations from the day.

As well as the main project, Laura and I always make a display table for inspiration and here are some of the samples we made.
